Service Terms
This is a starter terms template, not legal advice. Replace or review it for the business jurisdiction, tax position, payment provider and exact services before accepting live purchases.

Scope and quotations
Website prices shown are starting prices. The final scope, deliverables, timeline, revision allowance, client responsibilities and total price are confirmed in writing before the main project begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Payments
Small fixed services may be payable in full. Website projects may require a booking deposit and milestone payments. A booking deposit is applied to the approved project total. The proposal or checkout terms supplied for a specific purchase take priority where they contain more detailed payment, cancellation or refund conditions.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, lawful content, necessary approvals, access credentials and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays in content or feedback may move the delivery schedule.
Revisions and approval
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in its written scope. A revision adjusts agreed work; it does not automatically include a new direction, extra pages or new functionality. Final approval may be requested before launch.
Fixed add-ons and bundles
Logo, copy, domain, analytics, rescue and local-search services are limited to the deliverables stated at checkout or in writing. Starting-price services may require a confirmed scope before payment. Bundle discounts apply only to the listed combination and cannot automatically be exchanged for unrelated work.
Referral rewards
A referral reward is payable only after a new referred customer signs an eligible website agreement and the project is fully paid. Self-referrals, duplicate leads, existing contacts and cancelled or refunded projects do not qualify. The studio may publish separate written referral terms before accepting referrals.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, plugins, premium licences, email, payment processing and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms. Unless agreed otherwise, these accounts should be registered in the client's name and remain under the client's control.
SEO and business outcomes
No specific search ranking, traffic, enquiry volume or revenue result is guaranteed. SEO, conversion and website performance depend on competition, demand, authority, content, business operations and ongoing work.
Ownership
Ownership and licences are defined in the project scope. On full payment, the client normally receives the agreed final website deliverables, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock assets, subscriptions and tools governed by separate licences.
Contact
Questions about these terms should be submitted through the contact form on the main website.
